• Using software or automated methods to place bets.

• Exploiting any vulnerability or bug in the platform for personal gain.
• Using funds from money laundering or illegal sources.

Account Closure & Suspension

Jk9 may suspend or terminate any account for the following reasons:

• Breach of Terms and Conditions.

• KYC verification not completed.
• Extended period of inactivity (12 months).
• At the user's own request.

Users may close their account at any time. In such cases, any valid balance will be available for withdrawal. However, any active bonuses will be forfeited.

A monthly maintenance fee may apply to inactive accounts. Users will be notified in advance by email regarding this charge.

Limitation of Liability

JK9 is not liable for the following:

• For any bet missed due to an internet connection failure.
• If a transaction is delayed due to an issue with a third-party payment provider.
• If the user's own password or account credentials are compromised.

• For losses arising from betting — betting carries risk, and both winning and losing are possible outcomes.
